The only downside is that his firm is very expensive. I guess this is expected when you receive high quality service but not for a young property investor who wants to enter the current market. Can someone tell me what differentiates a 'property investor' from a 'property trader'? Please don't just say that traders buy and sell properties at a faster rate or something like that.
